Optima Flush Casement Windows

For the Scholars Walk development, over 500 Profile Optima Flush Casement Windows were installed. Construction began in November 2018 and concluded in July 2019.  The character and aesthetic of this development was integral to the entire process, with the site formally being home to a prestigious independent school named St Bede’s College. This required careful consideration of the local architecture and environment, as well as ensuring that the new build was of the highest quality.  The Profile 22 Optima flush casement windows were the ideal choice for such a particular and demanding project. As well as being made from the highest quality materials, the specifications for this project required the chosen windows to be fully code and planning compliant, as well as highly durable and easy to maintain. The innovative design of our Profile 22 Optima flush casement windows will ensure that the Scholars Walk homeowners will benefit from these features for years to come!  As well as an array of practical benefits, the Profile 22 windows chosen also look the part too! As the Whalley Range area is protected by conservation orders, it was essential that the installed windows replicated a 19th-century timber design. The Profile 22 Optima flush casement windows provided this specific design requirement, as well as being fabricated in anthracite grey on white to deliver a visually impactful look.  All Profile 22 products are produced to BS EN 12608 and manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001. The Optima flush casement windows installed also adhere to the requirements of the Environmental Management System BS EN ISO 14001, as well as the Responsible Sourcing Standard BES 6001. In regards to the production of the windows, the manufacturing facility conducts a health and safety programme in line with OHSAS 18001, ensuring that all parties involved in the operation have a safe and secure environment.  We are delighted to have worked with Laurus Homes on such an important project, bringing much needed family housing to the Manchester area.
