Kingfisher Windows worked on a project with Wates Living Space as part of a wider development to create 316 extra care apartments across Hull. The apartments are a mix of assisted and independent living, to give people the right amount of support they need. We supplied PVCu grey casement windows and aluminium curtain walling which were thermally efficient to help lower energy bills, and keep the air inside for resident’s comfort. We also provided the automatic opening doors to the front of each block to make access as easy as possible.
